Take a frying pan made of thick metal, arrange five metal tablespoons in a circle in it, put the uncooked raw piece onto it and toggle the burner on. The lid must fit the pan tight. The food will not touch the scorching metal but will be cooked with hot air. If the food needs to be moistened, then add some water onto the end of the pan. A thick cast iron pan with a cast iron lid will serve the cooking purpose best. Watch carefully: the food may limpen and touch the red-hot pan, which will cause the point of contact burn.
